You don't have to have a website to join since its not necessary, but if you do, please pick up a code and place it on your website BEFORE or AFTER you apply to be a member. Show that you are a true fan! ♥ Keep in mind that if you don't get your code up before I check, you will still be listed, but your site won't.

Please supply a believable name. I'm perfectly fine with usernames or screen-names, but please make them believable. Not something like BlackCat#1Fan or ~Train'sWifey~ or something, otherwise we'll have no choice but to change it.
